Code of Ethics for Security Personnel

At Guardian Angel Security (Private) Limited, every security professional is expected to uphold the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and responsibility. As a representative of the Company and a guardian of our clients’ interests, each security officer pledges to adhere to the following principles:

Ethical Commitment

In my capacity as a security professional entrusted with the protection of people, property, and assets, I pledge:

  1. To protect life, property, and assets entrusted to my care and to actively prevent, deter, and report unlawful acts, security breaches, and threats.
  2. To perform my duties with honesty, integrity, and professionalism, maintaining the highest ethical and moral standards at all times.
  3. To faithfully, diligently, and responsibly discharge my duties in accordance with applicable laws, company policies, client requirements, and professional standards.
  4. To exercise sound judgment and impartiality, ensuring that personal feelings, prejudices, biases, relationships, or external influences do not affect my decisions or actions.
  5. To promptly report violations of laws, regulations, policies, or security procedures to the appropriate authorities and supervisory personnel.
  6. To respect and safeguard confidential and sensitive information obtained during the course of my duties and to disclose such information only when legally required or properly authorized.
  7. To cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies, emergency responders, and regulatory authorities while acting within the scope of my responsibilities and applicable laws.
  8. To reject all forms of bribery, corruption, gratuities, commissions, or improper personal benefits that may compromise my integrity, independence, or professional judgment.
  9. To treat all individuals with dignity, fairness, courtesy, and respect, regardless of their background, position, nationality, religion, gender, or personal beliefs.
  10. To maintain a professional appearance, conduct, and attitude that reflects positively upon myself, Guardian Angel Security, our clients, and the security profession as a whole.
  11. To remain vigilant, alert, and committed to excellence, recognizing that security is a responsibility that demands discipline, accountability, and continuous attention.
  12. To continuously improve my knowledge, skills, and professional competence through training, education, and practical experience.
